Deactivated WW1 United States Springfield Rifle.
The M1903 is a magazine-fed, bolt-action rifle that was first used in combat during the Philippine–American War and was officially adopted by the United States as the standard infantry rifle on the 19thJune 1903. The Springfield saw service throughout World War 1 until it was replaced by the faster-firing, semi-automatic M1 Garand in 1936. However, the Springfield was still used throughout World War 2 as a sniper rifle.

*Condition*
This gun is in great condition and still cocks and dry fires. All stamps and markings are visible and clear. There is pitting to some of the metal parts.
