INERT DEACTIVATED. This is a WW2 German 10.5cm FH18(7.5x89R) GR 39 hollow charge fixed round for the 7,5 cm leichtes Infanteriegeschütz 18 (7,5 cm le.IG 18) infantry support gun. The IG 18 infantry support gun was introduced into service in the 1930s and was used throughout WW2 as an infantry support gun. The gun was not powerful to be used as an anti-tank gun but with the introduction of the hollow charged projectile gave it an anti-tank capability.
