About our business
Clulite have been manufacturing and distributing high powered rechargeable torches since 1970. We remain market leaders in our field keeping up with new technology as it is developed from our own factory in Petersfield, Hampshire.
Cluson Engineering Ltd was first formed in 1970 as a small family business and became incorporated in 1975. The founding Directors began by offering engineering services locally and after a considerable amount of commitment, aided later by a loyal and dedicated team, now take pride in servicing an international community with ‘Clulite’ products.
‘Clulite’ takes its name from the original orange square torch, designed and manufactured by Cluson over 40 years ago. Recognised strongly within the farming fraternity, some of these lamps remain in use today and can amazingly still be serviced. This very fact marks high for British manufacturing and has earned Cluson much respect within the industry.
‘Clulite’ high powered rechargeable torches are the main core of the Cluson product range where they are proud to remain market leaders, keeping up with new technology as developed.
All products are manufactured to an extremely high standard of specification in Cluson’s own factory giving independence and flexibility to provide a ‘Clulite’ customer care and back-up service that is second to none.
